Today I will cook this fish. People call this mazoi, a kind of Japanese rockfish, caught around Hokkaido. My cooking result is below.
It went very well with Ginjo Sake! Like it.

Went to Ramen Daichi in Aomori City at night. Had their Aomori Daichi Black. It was a ramen with a niboshi-based broth and rich shoyu flavor. Eating the ramen, I wanted to exclaim, “Manzu Mett!” which is a colloquial phrase particular to the Tsugaru district meaning “very tasty.”

Deeply impressed with the flavor of the Miso Curry Gyunyu Ramen served at Sapporo Ramen Kura in Aomori City. Gyunyu (milk) was neutralizing the edge of miso and curry, making the soup milder and more flavorful.

Visited a fish market on the first basement floor of a complex called AUGA today. Enjoyed watching a variety of local marine products there. Just a minute walk from JR Aomori Station, AUGA also has a library and municipal office in it.
On the same floor as the fish market is a ramen shop called Kiden. Ordered their Hotate Shio Yasai Ramen (a salt-broth ramen with local scallops and vegetables). The taste was GOOD!
